About Australian Reptile Park

This is the place to go if you’re looking for an interactive, hands-on zoo experience. The Australian Reptile Park provides guests with access and interaction opportunities that can’t be found anywhere else in Australia! Whether it’s catching exciting wildlife shows or getting up close & personal with native animals like kangaroos and koalas, there are plenty of ways people will enjoy themselves at our parks…

If you are looking for an adventure that will take your breath away, then the Australian Reptile Park is just what you need. Home to over 2 thousand animals and located in a natural bush setting on Australia’s scenic Central Coast, this zoo has something unique every visitor can enjoy!

We’re a nation of animal lovers and the only zoo in Australia committed to saving lives with our venom programs. Our rich history began when Eric Worrell started this humble beginning back 58 years ago!

What to do in the Australian Reptile Park

The Australian Reptile Park is a must-see for any animal enthusiast. From hand-feeding kangaroos to meeting Hugo, the giant Galapagos tortoise, on his daily walk, plenty of opportunities will leave your heart full and respect nature even more than before! You can also go behind closed doors where you’ll witness some incredible creature behaviours, such as koalas awake during their night shift or alligators devouring an unlucky rabbit from within its mouth.

For those who prefer cuddles with creatures rather than crowds of people, try holding koalas or kangaroos while they’re cute as pie (and not bitey). If bravery makes up most parts about himself – go ahead and hold onto one massive python since these slithery aren’t scared easily 😉

In Spider World, you can see a funnel-web spider milking and check out Tarantulaville – home to some of the largest spiders in Australia!
The Australian Reptile Park is helping Aussie Ark save their iconic species by giving them space on site so that they don’t need international relocation. There are also children’s adventure playgrounds for kids who love exploring new things with equally big eyes like ours, plus BBQs (that would make anyone hungry) AND access behind closed doors where guests get an up-close look at our endangered species.
